  Da calma, da prontidão dos funcionários relativamente às questões/pedidos de informação, da localização muito proximo do centro, mas afastado o suficiente para ter calma na zona - From the moment I arrived I, every member of your staff treated me with such kindness and attention. After a long hot drive it was much appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially in the information desk which provided lots of sightseeing info, maps, resevation). A very large, comfortable and clean room. The hotel is located just near the old part of Jerez and has a relatively easy access to the highway.
