  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right.
