Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine.   Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers. We left in the evening and put our bags into storage when we checked out, deciding to spend the remaining hours on the lovely - We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

  This is my second time staying in the Corona Mar apartments, I really enjoyed my stay here, very clean apartment, friendly staff, great location, and great value for money.   The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.   Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision.
