Please note that the following services should be requested before arrival: Bed linen and towels are available to rent at a cost of EUR 12.22 per person per stay. Extra cleaning is available for EUR 53 A high chair is available for EUR 16 A hamper is available for EUR 23 An extra bed is available for EUR 77, subject to availability and accommodation size. Please note that stays of 13 days or less have an extra cleaning cost of EUR 53.46. Please note central heating has an extra cost of EUR 32.50 each per week. This will be charged at the time of booking and refunded 2 weeks after check-out, provided they have not been used. A security deposit of EUR 455 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A 20% deposit (of the total amount of the reservation, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period. A security deposit of EUR 455 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
