Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as the hotel supplied a free wired laptop. todos opiniões
Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
The location was excellent just ten minutes walk to city centre but still enough bars, restaurants and cafes located near by.
Hotel was clean and very modern with beautiful views over the plaza.

The place of the hotel has the advantage of both quiet, and still close to the center of Madrid (about 12 minutes by walking). Also there is a metro 50 Meters from the hotel.

Fantastic location. I can say that as someone who spends a bit of time in Madrid because of my girlfriend. It was a joy to come out in the evening and walk 10 minutes in any direction for great food and bars and nightlife. The evening walks were great too.
Staff very helpful. Easy 20 min walk to Gran Via. Location very close to Alonzo Martinez Metro station for access to airport and journey time of about 30 mins. Use of laptop and wifi in room. Good choice at breakfast. A pleasant stay for two nights.

providing information about travel to nearby places like Toledo, booking
a taxi to the airport. Being close to a metro station was very helpful.

The hotel is located in the center, very easy and quick to go to all the sightseers (didn't use metro at all there), there are two 24hours working shops around. Personnel was very nice and friendly. Room (for 3 people) was big enough and clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I sent questions in emails prior to our stay which were replied to quickly and nothing was too much trouble while we were there. The rooms were very comfortable and The breakfast was lovely.
It is a modern hotel with a very helpful staff. Very well located for a citytrip; facilities were excellent, breakfast was nice and plenty; quiet rooms at the patioside..

The breakfast was fine. We enjoyed the location because it was possible to walk to almost anywhere and if you didn't want to walk, the metro was right outside the door.

The staff, particularly the Receptionist, Patricia - are excellent. Patricia could not have done more to help us both before our arrival and during our stay.

The staff had realised that it was my wife's birthday during the stay and provide a couple of bottles of Champagne and some chocolates - much appreciated.

The rooms are ok and big enough. It is possible to make it very dark inside the room, which is very helpful to sleep. We asked for a quiet room with one king-size bed and got it.
Reciptionest were helpful.
Breakfast was a very average continental buffet style with no frills, at £10 per head we expected a little more. We didn't bother on 2nd day & were to a nearby restaurant which was more extensive and half the price.

No tea or coffee making facilities outside of breakfast and no wear to sit in the evening to drink with the children- the patio bar was not open.
I cannot believe that in this day and age we have hotels who still have WI-FI that is so painfully slow. We are officially in the teens of this century and I am waiting for 4-5 minutes at a time for emails to download. Woeful.

The hotel is not within walking distance to the heart of the city which
is Puerta del Sol. Why is the internet service so bad? While we were
able to access the internet from the computer in the room, it was
absolutely impossible to access internet from our personal devices.

Impossible to sleep with open window because the hotel is located on the square with several cafes and during nights it's extremely loudly!!! WiFi didn't work at all, but there was a lap top in the room with cable intranet which was working well.
The shower is spilling over to the floor no matter how careful you are.

We staid during the weekend and on the Saturday night it was a bit noisy due to some bars around.
Room on patio can be tricky in mornings, music is on as of 8 am.
Bikes were free, but there weren't many available.
The slow internet connection.
While the hotel provides a laptop with Internet access, the wifi signal for personal devices (personal laptop, iPad, iPod, cellphones) was so weak it was not useable and, therefore, the hotel's claim that free wifi is available throughout the hotel is not accurate. For a family of four, the price for breakfast was very high so we did go for breakfast at the hotel.

The service is bad and the staff not very helpful. We had to call 4 time and go down to the reception to get a light replaced and have light in our bathroom. It took 2 days!
This hotel is not very cosy. Apart from the rooms, there’s not really a place to hang out or sit and have a drink.
The design of the shower is terrible. The whole bathroom gets wet when showering!
They should dismiss the interior designer for all the mistakes and unused spaces in the building.
Breakfast does not have many varieties only basic. The stuff in breakfast room were unfriendly and not pleasent.
