Excellent place to stay, offering fantastic value for money. Very spacious room with comfortable double bed, extra single bed and a large flatscreen TV. We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. Jason MRAZ was amazing BTW ^_^THANKS SEE YOU NEXT TIME

The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, you can walk outside, cross a small road and walk into a market! The metro is 5/10 minutes walk away and there is loads of places to eat. The staff are lovely, carried my bags for me and couldnt help you enough. The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!
