  This is a beautiful and elegant hotel nestled in the old town and with the most spectacular location perched on the side of the gorge looking back onto the new town and with views of the magnificent Puente Nuevo. Our room looked out onto breathtaking views, and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent - extremely helpful, friendl... o que as pessoas dizem » y and efficient - answering all our questions, making calls to check the Cuevas de las Pilatos were open and printing out maps for onward journey. Not - A perfect setting with a room overlooking the gorge. The staff were exceptional, the best I have met. We arrived by car on a narrow road outside the hotel and the receptionist jumped out, helped us unload and pointed to a spot where we could move the car out of the way. She parked it safely for us afterwards. The food was excellent on the enclosed terrace and the Maitre D moved a propane patio heater in behind my wife when she got cold.

  A very warm welcome. Coffee on arrival. Room was fresh and clean. Drinks and fruit provided in the morning was a very nice touch. The hotel was in an ideal location and very quiet. - Everything! The owner is absolutely wonderful, great facilities, good location. We felt very comfortable. Were supposed to stay 1 night, ended up staying 3!

  This is the best place where I was out of the trip to Spain. Small Spanish house, furnished with love and care. No pompous luxury hotels. It seems that you've come to the relatives. The hostess is very attentive. She contacted us before arrival and we had the opportunity to ask her any questions.   Fantastic view, though it was right in town, built into the city walls the view was out onto open countryside. The hot tub on the terrace was fantasic, although you can't completely remove the top. Even though the weather was pretty terrible we were comfortable and relexed in there. The welcome bottle of bubbly helped.   Tamanho do apartamento , muito amplo , silencioso , muito bem localizado . Não tivemos contato com funcionários do hotel , pois este se localiza longe do hotel propriamente dito , porem foram educados , e recomendo pois gostamos muito ,principalmente para famílias pois tem cozinha montada. - The apartment was beautifully decorated and was in an exc... o que as pessoas dizem » ellent location. It is in the old (quieter) part of town right next to Sta Maria La Major opposite the bandellero museum. About 20 mins walk from bus station. Also recommend San Francisco bar round the corner in old town for excellent fried seafood platter. Hotel staff at Hotel polo where you collect the keys are were also very nice. - Beautiful appartments, very clean at a budget price. Staff were verykind and helpful, even gave me a lift there when saw my big suitcase.Best place I have been during this trip; beautiful location near thechurch, in the old part of town.
