The staff was amazing. Nothing was too much. I had to check in and out 3x due to an issue with a rental car. Each time it was fast and efficient. The staff smiles and are helpful. The room I stayed in was a great size with a bathtub, I'm from the south and we love out bathtubs.The restaurant food, amazing. The restaurant is in the old chapel.

We were right near The Plaza De Castillo which had restaurants galore and a chemist near by. The big shopping centre, The Corte Ingles was about a 10 minute walk & at bottom of the 9 storey department store
