Alberto was most helpful during our stay - metro near at hand for exploring city - not touristy at all but found locals very friendly -

We were given 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment although we booked for a one bedroom.The apartment is spacious with kitchen facilities(utensils) appliances and a washing machine.All in good conditions.The decor is nice and simple.

Alex welcomed us like family and was extremely helpfull. He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.

Maybe it sounds too flattering, but that is what I experienced with Angel (Billie). The staff received an award for their friendly and helpful attitude, and they deserved it. And the free dinner. 1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Placa Sants) & several bus shelters (easy to go and explore the city). Hotel also near the Sants Train Station and ALSA bus ticket counter (if you want to go to other city by bus).
Many supermarkets (supermercat) nearby the hotel to buy some fruit, juice, snacks, or toiletries.

This is a modest accommodation in a very good location near the main
train station in Barcelona. If you are a walker like me, you can get to
all the sights by foot. Alternatively, you can get everywhere by Metro
which is a few steps away from the hotel. The room was small but
adequate, it was clean. It wan't pristine, but it was acceptable. My
room had a balcony which was an amazing bonus. The WiFi was strong. The
towels were changed daily. The hotel has elevator and a 24hr desk.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. within one metro stop from the Sants railway station. White foyer, bright-
green corridor, cosy rooms - each about one of the Barcelona places of
interest. Ours was called 'Parc Guel'. The window looks out on
the quiet yard. We arrived late, something after midnight. The stuff
was waiting and opened at once. Buffet breakfast gotta be booked in the
evening before, it's quite rich - with hamon, eggs, pastries and

The staff is definitely friendly and helpful when you have questions. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you all the time.
The room I stayed in clean and comfy, the shower is great and separated for male and female which gives security of usage.
There's a lift is great and helpful for heavy luggage.

Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

We stayed for 2 nights and really liked this place. We were on 2nd floor room with balcony facing the road (nothing fancy on the road but good to get the sunlight in the room).

First we came there was a lady in the reception who was not really friendly, but then we met another lady who was super friendly, she showed us everything and was really helpful, our room was very nice, cosy, it was a bit loud because the room was near the road and on the 1st floor, but it was not a problem for us, there is a nice kitchen you can make some food, tea or coffee, very convinient.
