Staff were great, very helpful. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed
without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk
from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of
restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed
I have ever slept in.

We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. It was an easy walk to the Guggenheim

budget friendly lodging -Excellent excellent excellent accomodation-
clean, ideal location ,warm friendly service. Breakfast is not served
but there is lovely coffee served directly opposite building .No wonder
it has got such good reviews.Thank you

Para ser sincero, achei deplorável o hotel. Imenso tempo para abrirem a porta. Pessoal não qualificado. Sentimento constante de perigo. - convenient location, clean, friendly staff, good value for money, lovely hot water in the shower - Nice comfortable, very good and helpful staff.
