  Lovely and warm welcoming of the lady (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) from the Happy People headquarters. She spent more than 30 minutes making sure we gonna enjoy to the fullest our stay in Barcelona...she is very knowledgable and it was a pleasure listening to her. The appartment we had was perfectly located, very clean, hot water-lovely show... o que as pessoas dizem » er!!!, minimum necessary in the kitchen, easy to locate following her directions.   Very good accommondation!!! The best of the trip!! Good connection of wifi, good facilities of the kitchen and rooms, nice design of the style and decoration, great location which is 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to the Sagrada Familia.   I was hosted at this hotel with other four friends. Our room was actually an apartment structured on two floors with an interior ladder. Situated on the floor I think that its quality was a little bit reduced comparing to the other ones.   It was a great experience to stay in a house with Sagrada Familia view :) Very good located home with a good decoration and clean rooms. The metro station, bus stops is very close. You can walk to the Park Guell (it takes nearly 30 minutes), also you can find various transportation from the main street in front of the Sagrada Familia (it is nea... o que as pessoas dizem » rly 5 minutes away from home). The staff in the reception is really helpful. Thanks Timo for advise us to see el born, really nice area. - This was a 3 bedroom apartment with views of La Sagrada Familia. Beautiful, new, clean. 3 bedrooms - one room had a double bed with a bathroom; one room had a double bed and one room had two twins. There was also a furnished kitchen, dining room table, couch and tv. Very comfortable for a family or group of friends. The price was fantastic and internet was included for 1 euro a day. Highly recommend.

  We stayed in 3 bedroom duplex. Very comfortable, spacious with a lot of facilities. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay. Location is fine, near Park Güell, but be aware that it takes over 30 minutes to reach Cuitadella (beach) station by Metro. A few facilities were not working, but on our request were fixed the next day. The sofa bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size. There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine which was handy. There was also a local Condis convenience store few doors down which helped and the local El Carmel me to station was 10 minutes walk down the road
