A stone staircase leads to the first level of the villa from the road. There is a large terrace on this level with a swimming pool. The villa's entrance is just a few steps higher. You'll find another terrace there with garden furniture and a BBQ. You enter the villa through a spacious hall. The attractive living room is adjacent. This room is pleasantly furnished and offers direct access to a terrace. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea there. This floor also has a very well equipped, modern kitchen and utility room. There are also two bedrooms with separate beds and a small bathroom with a toilet and spacious shower.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor which share a large balcony at the front of the house. These bedrooms also share a large bathroom with bath. The third bedroom on this floor has an en-suite bathroom and balcony.
