  We stayed in one of the “Swiss Chalet” style rooms on the upper floor. The room was comfortable and clean, though a small fridge would have been welcome. The (outside) stairs to the room are quite steep, and can be slippery when wet. Care is required. Breakfast in the De Oude Martha Restaurant was excellent (buffet style but with eggs cooked to or... o que as pessoas dizem » der) and the food and service in the Hunter’s Pub most enjoyable. We would visit again, but would try to book one on the more expensive colonial- styl - There is not a lot of choice of accomodation in Stormsriver but this place is rather lovely. Great accomodation if a little dark and dated looking in the bedroom and bathroom but a perfect "village" setting. The restaurant is good if not great and the breakfast was excellent. We thought it was good value for money and had a very pleasant stay.

  We booked this on the day..7mins later I had a lovely confirmation email from Marion confirming our stay. Everything was wonderful, very welcoming, wonderful breakfast (that morning was our 25th wedding anniversary) We didn't tell them but breakfast was so nice, it started our day off perfectly.Wish we could have stayed longer. - Fabulous locatio... o que as pessoas dizem » n, room, space, bed! We really liked the little touches that made this room a really comfortable stay. The staff were excellent - friendly and full of charm.
