  We really enjoyed our stay there. Our hosts where just great to talk to. Very friendly and knowlegeable on the area. He greated us with a refreshing drink and took the time to tell us about the area, the good restaurants and what to visit. He provided us with a local maps and great tips for local tours. Although it was near the main dinning area, we were never bothered by early morning noises as they were setting up for breakfast. The breakfas - This is a excellent property in every way. We stayed in a room with a private entrance and small terrace overlooking the garden. It was a treat to wake each morning to the sounds of birds in the trees and sun filtering through the window. The room was well appointed, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast served each morning on the upstairs terrace was a delight - delicious food and an abundance of everything.   The house was very nice, separated entrance, kitchen, nice shower room. I felt very much cozy to be there. It was really pity, we stayed only one night, wished to stay longer ! Pity we stayed over only for one night because this B&B is very, very recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

  Manaar House is definitely one of the best places to stay in Durban/Umhlanga. We stayed there for three nights in the self Catering Apartment. The a/c duplex unit was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well maintained.
