This is a excellent property in every way. We stayed in a room with a private entrance and small terrace overlooking the garden. It was a treat to wake each morning to the sounds of birds in the trees and sun filtering through the window. The room was well appointed, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The house was very nice, separated entrance, kitchen, nice shower room. I felt very much cozy to be there. It was really pity, we stayed only one night, wished to stay longer ! Surely, next time to plan differently , making day trips to visiting from there .

Best vegetarian breakfast we received during our three-week trip. Amazing! (cheese muffins, avocado, ...). Very warm welcome. Very well designed room with all facilities including fridge and microwave. Big bathroom. Perfect Internet connection. Very friendly people who knew their province well and have sent us on a nice route towards the Drakensberg mountains. Pity we stayed over only for one night because this B&B is very, very recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

As a couple with young kids, it was an absolute dream staying at Manaar House as it was so kid friendly that our kids did not want to go out because of the toys provided in our section of the house!
