  The guest rooms have the wow factor - thatched high ceilings, loads of space, outside shower as well as an indoor one, lounge space. Evening meals fine. The lodge is perfectly placed -just 5 minutes drive from the south gate. It's possible to go in at 0700, do a couple of the circuits, then return to the lodge for a late breakfast, before going ba... o que as pessoas dizem » ck into the park for the day. If you're going to Addo this place is ideal and the hosts Isabelle and Christoff are most obliging - Isabelle and Christophe were the most brilliant hosts and ran the hotel in a lovely relaxed manner. The room was wonderful and the outdoor shower enchanting. It was a brilliant place to stay for the Addo Elephant Park just 10 minutes drive from the gates. I would definitely stay there again. The food was very good, the room clean and very comfortable.

  The guesthouse is really pretty but only if you get in the msin aerea( they other bedrooms outside). There is a small but lovely pool and basic but good gym. The restsurant is just excellent!!!! And at very good price!!!'   We booked the Victoria and Alfred Guest House randomly because it was close to Port Elisabeth Airport. We just wanted a pad for the night but it exceed expectations with a very comfortable room and en suite facilities, helpful staff and a splendid breakfast. The manager phoned to find out what time we'd be checking in, and if there was anything special we'd like in the minibar.   We booked this on the day..7mins later I had a lovely confirmation email from Marion confirming our stay.
