  Localização - Staff very friendly and helpful; everything within walking distance. - The people at the hotell were so nice to us.THey helped us with evereything we asked for and even some things we didnt ask for. The location is excellent and I dont think you can find better value for the money in Cape Town.

I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.   it had a very relaxed feeling as if you were at home. People are the most friendly i have ever seen and it is a very well maintained hotel.
