  A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. The rooms are stunning and really tastefully decked out and it's well situated for central Cape Town and the VandA shopping centre. It's the nicest place we've ever stayed and we will definitely go back if we can!

Compared to some friends who were staying at numerous backpackers in and around Long Street, this sounded superior & I would definitel - It was my second time at this hostel and I came back three years later because I liked it. Apart from it being excellent for what is officially a backpackers place I really appreciate the attitude of owners and staff who are supporting community projects and take recycling seriously, something that is still not very wide spread in South Africa.   The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. We will definitely recommend and will stay at Lawhill again on our next trip to SA. - The Lawhill Apartments far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Each bedroom had a very comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. We had more room than we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Cape Town, I would definitely try to stay here again.
