The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park.
The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes.
The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises.
The hot breakfast choices are very good.

I was upgrade to a seaview room at not extra cost. The staff were beyond wonderful. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me. I will DEFINATELY use this hotel for my future business trips to Cape Town and will be recommending to others. Look forward to returning.

it had a very relaxed feeling as if you were at home. People are the most friendly i have ever seen and it is a very well maintained hotel. Im glad that the hotel basically gives you map to the surroundings so that you will never be bored. and it was quite interesting of the hotel to support the gay community. i thought that to be admirable. - very

it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too.
the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me.

Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean.
Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel.
Good free wi-fi signal.
The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

Hotel limpo e central, quarto espaçoso. - I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Localização - Staff very friendly and helpful; everything within walking distance. - The people at the hotell were so nice to us.THey helped us with evereything we asked for and even some things we didnt ask for. The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. The restaurant next door that serves also the breakfast has two amazing Italian guys running it, the food is brilliant (absolutely brilliant one of the best pastas and breakfast I've ever gotten
