Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.

I honestly loved most of the things about this hotel, the staff were very very nice, my room was spacious and always clean. They gave free soda, juice, sparkling and clear water. Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Both the bar and the room service is very good. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!
