  I travel regularly over the last 20 years and this is the first time I experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler. At the time my husband fell ill and we couldn't go for breakfast, they were most kind to go and fetch us breakfast and bring it to our Room.
