  The staff were very friendly from the first greeting with the receptionist even to the chef. The whole complex had a rustic charm with heavy wood furniture and beautiful carved ostrich egg lights. Accommodation to suit all - from large rooms to sleep four to tents with toilet and shower faciliti - The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It it a nice and quiet place where anyone who needs to relax can go. The food is amazingly well prepared. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and help if we needed help. I will stay with you again.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the gardens absolutely lush. The fact that the driveways have not been paved keeps everything natural! Just a good old fashioned hotel devoid the indifference one finds in chain hotels and pretentious B&Bs. This lodge is really good value for money and if you take the option with breakfast and dinner it is lovely not having to cook. We stayed in the luxury tent, it had its own bathroom, just make sure, some of the tents have a bathroom outside the tent.   The hotel is set in lovely tropical gardens with two delightful pools. The suite we booked was spacious with large well furnished bedroom and sitting area. It also had the benefit of a huge private sun terrace overlooking the sabie road hills.
