  The entire stay was probably the best service I have ever experience. The management team is super efficient and the staff are more than helpful. They are prompt, polite and go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. No request is ever to much and the hotel food is exquisite. We will only stay in the is hotel when visiting Cape Town.
