An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

Singapore is very expensive, but Fraser Place is good value - we would definitely stay there again. -
My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. When attempting to book for four at other hotels we couldn't be promised interconnecting rooms or 'room' for us all to relax. Fraser Suites was an amazing surprise. Serviced Suites are very good choice. In the middle of the shopping
area, you can walk to huge malls or to sightseeing points very easily.
Rooms are spacious and luxurious and very well equipped. Wifi was

I very much liked the design and set up off the place and especially of the rooms. The pod like dorms were very well maintained and easy to get comfortable in.

女子のみの8人部屋に一人で滞在しました。旅慣れてないので不安もありましたが、クチコミどおり綺麗で、スタッフの方が優しく迎えてくれました。場所は駅から徒歩3分くらい。キャリーバッグがあっても大丈夫です。入口は細い階段で2階が受付になっています。英語が出来なくてもスタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくれたので困ることはなかったです。
部屋は冷房付でベッド下にカードキー付のロッカーがそれぞれあり、キャリーバッグも入りました。シャワーとトイレも綺麗で6コずつくらいあり気を使わず入れます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。ドライヤーもあり、バスタオルは2ドルで借りれました。
私はオーストラリア人3人と香港人2人と相部屋になり、日本語を話せる子がいたので英語の出来ない私でも色々話せて楽しかったです。
ベッドはオープンなので足元が丸見えですが、思ったより気にならず、布団をかぶってしまえば平気です。
冷房対策として長袖パジャマがいいと思います。
WiFiは受付でパスワードを教えてもらい問題なく接続できます。
朝食は自分でパンなど焼いて食べるようですが、私は時間がなかったのでジュースだけ飲んでコップを洗って置いておきまし

The Inn is only a few metres from the Chinatown Markets & the mrt is
so close that if you have a fair amount of baggage, you won't have
far to drag it if you catch the train to or from Changi. The rooms are
not big but really clean and there's no elevator but its a very

My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. I would say it was very convenient to find Adler hostel, just minutes of walk from Chinatown MRT Stop. The moment i step into Alder hostel, i was being welcomed with a big smile and immediately you will notice the decor of the lobby was very European style(or at least i think it is) and the lobby was filled with rose fragrant smell. This is definitely the best hostel in Singapore. Although it's expensive comparing the others, it offer a more secure, clean and friendly environment. Although it's just a capsule room, it's surprisingly comfortable. The toilet is always clean and dry, no smell. The shower flows well. Locker, hairdryer for free. AC is cold! Blanket available for free. WiFi in your room for free. 24-hour breakfast you can just open the fridge and eat cereals, bread, biscuits and drink tea, coffee, milk. They also have microwave and if you still need to go around after checking in you can leave your bags for free. Computer with internet for free!

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will
definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again. -

I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -
