  This is my fifth stay at this excellent hotel. Everything is wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly particularly Mr. Abdul Satar. The check in and check out process takes a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel. Location is good and within the main business district.

  We were booked in a Junior Suite which was marvelous. Large fridge to cool my own stuff. Great amenities in the washrooms. Fast check in and check out. Helpful concierge. Lobby is internally (but aesthetically hidden) connected to a large supermarket. To top it all, superb hot breakfast - made to order perfectly.   The location of the hotel is close to kingdom tower about five minutes drive. There is a vault service, they take your car immediately, when I made the reservation I booked a summer offer which was a free mini bar - free wifi and breakfast, when I checked in they upgraded me to suite, which was a nice gesture, however they told me that breakfast w... o que as pessoas dizem » asn't included but then they checked with the manger and problem was solved. The hotel is nice, very clean and tidy the decoration is lovely eastern - i made a reservation for a room and gave a notice that it's for honeymooners, they provided me with a free upgrade to a junior suite and free minibar. they also gace me a phone call asking if i wanted to pay SR700 and receive a package of a flower bouquet, cake, beverage and dinner, which i accepted, and was worthy.
