I stay during Umraa alongwith my family, realy it was nice stay,clean, cool and calm, staff was cooperative...Eng Ramzan Malik. Very helpful people and very comfort beds good place for groups for visiting haram. They let me check late,as late as 4 pm. Clean &tidy. interior. Nice room with locker and fridge and airconditioning. Recently renovated hotel and rooms. shops are near by selling grocery and cooked food. Value for money.

No available transportation To the Haram,especially when you have kids. bed sheets were not clean I paid in cash but I am receiving calls from hotel after 20 days to inform the payment receipt no & hotel room no. Location is bit far away, a long walk for ladies and childern, I thibk 15 to 20 moinutes. Cab would cost 7 to 10 Riyal. Not easy to locate if you are not familiar with the city. 1.Bathrooms are not designed properly and bathroom smell bad. 2.Air condition was too noisy. 3.Ventilation was poor 4.As stated online advertisement the distance from makkah haram is only 600 Meters but in actual it is more than 1 kms. Bathroom was smelly. Staff lied alot. Twenty minutes walking with kids to Makkah. 800 meter to Haram. There was absolutely no house keeping. Bed linen and towels were old and dirty, even though they appeared to have been washed and ironed. 1- The AC is noisy. 2- bath room is not clean and dark 3- rooms are not clean. Toilets was really smelly, commode was broken, no tissues. AC was too noisy. do not have hotel bus. Broken toilet seat. Staff inattentive. Bed Linen was clean but old. the staff , i reached there 2:30 they had no one at the reception ,and then they did not knew of my reservation and they did not had rooms , i had to wait for an hour until they arranged for one , the next day they made a mistake and send other clients to my room as if it was empty. The location is far away from Holy Mosque No meal service The room is dusted and very dirty. No serving of tea and food in the hotel. staff cannot speak english. Hote Location mentioned in letsbookhotel.com is not correct I was disappointed. - Map provided on Booking.com is pointing to wrong location. - Hotel is far from haram 1km not 600M. A/C is flowing water droplets inside the room. 2. Found some insects and pets over beds 3. Room smell is not good at all. 4. Bathroom water heater is not working. 5. Trash thrown infront of the hotel. Everything & everything about this hotel. Every thing. Really it was very very bad experience with this hotel. In my life i never stay and faced like this hotel. The location abit far from Al Kabba and the building very old the out side area very very dirty , the rooms also and the toilet. Very bad Dirty سئ جدا السراير غير نظيفة الارضيات غير نظيفة. not clean at all no facilities present in the room bed covers are not clean at all. not organised at all. Staff were unprofessional. Not cooperative. Air condition was not working. Reminded many time to change the room but staff refused to change room. The hotel was too far from haram. There was two major road need to be crossed. Which was dangerous with young children. So not suitable for stay there.
