I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). Tatiana and Juliana went out of their way on many occasions to speak with me in English translating all kinds of materials. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area.
