  The appartments are great from all points of view. We had a hudge appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice living. Cosy, spacious, very suitable for a family with kids. The personel was very kind. Breakfast is very good. Ammenities and spa also great.   Big rooms, halls and rooms with big mirrors and wonderfull pictures, breakfast is very complete, position on the lake with nice view, spacious parking, nice receptionist with big eyes - Huge and comfortable suite, with breathtaking view of the mountains.   we found the hotel to be very stylish and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - The staff was really cooperative since we had little children and too many issues occure all the time. I liked the fact that they tried so hard to give us the spirit of Christmas with gifts,songs and a giant Santa that welcomed us every day.
