We stayed at this hotel for one night, between two flights. We selected this hotel because it is very close to the Otopeni Airport, considering that we had to catch an early flight the next morning. The staff was very, very kind to us. They picked us from the airport in 10 minutes from the time we called. The hotel is placed on a very quiet street. We have got a lovely suite, with large, clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a freshly-prepared dinner and, next morning at 4:30am, a delicious b.
todos opiniões » Everything from the moment of booking was perfect. The efficiency of the reply to my request at time of booking was answered the same day, which is quite uncommon these days. Staff went out of there way to offer and provide extras to make my stay most comfortable. I booked a basic room which was upgraded to a superior room. The hotel arranged a car collection service for me from central Bucharest, which again was done with efficiency, and the free car service to the airport at 3am was a real bo. The hotel is very well located, for those who have an early flight the next morning from Otopeni Airport. The conditions are very good, is a small pension... with a beautiful decoration... very confortable and affordable! I will surely come back to this hotel. The staff was very nice to us, they allowed us to check in earlier then what is supposed, and they were very, very kind. Specially Adrian, he was such a nice person. I highly recomend it!!!. Amazing!!! We booked last minute for 4 adults and 1 infant and it was one of the best places we have visit! They provided travel cot for our baby. Staff was incredibly nice, speak English very good! THis small hotel is NOT in Bucharest but in Otopeni and i would not recommend it without a car. There is no public transportation around but taxi's are very cheap in Bucharest (Ron 1,39 / km only ). Everything was perfect! It's an hotel probably managed by a family. The room was amazing (deluxe room with a big bed, sofa and jacuzzi). Very clean! The position is near the airport (ten minutes by car). You don't have to worry about taxi because it's completely and included in the price of hotel. Was like to be at home with your family! The only disturbing factor was mosquitoes, but not that serious and, of course, just at a certain time of the year. No negative comments. No big towels in the bathroom; limited parking space. the pool area was not completely renovated. The spa - the jets were just in the wrong places. We enjoyed it anyway. Better curtains, expensive breakfast against price, so decided not to eat there. None. If you add up the cost of the breakfast on top of night cost, the price does not look attractive anymore. We were a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) and had to pay additional 20 euro. Room was really small...but classic European style (I'm American).
