  we stayed for three nights as we were going to a wedding near Lodz. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean.   I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. - No request was too much for the staff most of whom spoke good English.
