  Very professional and helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to my email enquiries before we left England. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully decorated and it had a - Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street.   The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.   I have stayed at bthe kazimierz apartments several times now for the simple reason it feels like home, I can do as I please in pleasant surroundings and friendly staff from the restaurant below. - Staying at the Kazimierz apts was like staying perfect, it felt like home from home.
