Everything was very well arranged from the instructions how to get to the apartment to how to get the key from the landlady. The apartment was very nice, clean and stylish. The apartment had everything you could need when away from home. All modern appliances and very spacious. The lady who met me with the keys was very polite and helpfull. It is a short tram ride to the centre (the tram stop is right outside) and there is a 24 hour shop next door. I would definately recommend to friends if they are visiting warsaw.

Location of Hotel is Excellent close to all the major sights. The hotel was enormous, lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom, it even came with its own kitchen and dining room and dishes, glasses and cutlery. It came with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was spotless and everything in the hotel was squeaky clean.

The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.
