  I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. - No request was too much for the staff most of whom spoke good English.

  we stayed for three nights as we were going to a wedding near Lodz. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean.   An excellent hostel for the price you paid ( worked out at about £12 each per night including breakfast) Nice rooms and bathroom not too far away staff could not have been more helpful! in a good position for the main sights of Lodz - Very nice and friendly staff.   To start with, I stayed here free of charge as I correctly answered a question about one of the famous textile manufacturers from Lodz (I am so glad I read about the city beforehand :)).   The location is perfect - it's very central, close to Manufaktura and Piotrkowska Street. Adrian - the manager/owner is very friendly, helpful and I saw that he can easily communicate with foreigners as he speaks fluent English. The atmosphere was amazing due to common room where I had a chance to meet other travellers.
