  This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. I arrived about 1,5 hours before the official check-in time and, to my surprise, they instantly gave me a room without any questions and it was even bigger than I ordered and payed for (double instead of single). The hotel is situated near a university campus in front of a big park. Breakfast is included in the price. - A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town.   I found there a well equiped and clean room. The whole dormitory has been reconstructed few months ago, therefore all furnitures were in a good conditions and not damaged. I can describe the dormitory really cozy.

I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   We liked the location of the Hotel. - Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found meanother room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.
