Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.
Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.

We were allocated room 12 which is next to a conference room. We were
woken every morning early by a very loud group on team building
exercises/conference. Apart from this the hotel is really nice but
avoid a room near the conference room especially if you have had a late
night, as a sleep in after 0830 will be impossible.

The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us
with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
