  Everything was superb at Palacio del Inka. First off, when we arrived the front desk upgraded us from our booked room to a Junior Suite which included a balcony on the courtyard. The hotel is stunning and the rooms just as much. The walls were beautifully hand-painted and had a great art collection. The staff was amazingly helpful especially E... o que as pessoas dizem » va at the Bar, Roger at Concierge, Carmen from the spa and the entire Front Desk. One of the main highlights was the spa facilities which were clean - After an incident with our laundry, the hotel management did everything to make up for the mistake. Our impression of the hotel and its staff and management was already very good before this incident but the highly professional and courteous way how our complaint was handled was simply amazing. The service mentality of the staff and management of this hotel is certainly world class and should be a benchmark for many other hotels which call themselves luxury hotels.

  After spending a few nights in substandard hotels and hostels during our vacation in Peru, this hotel was a magnificent change of pace. The hotel itself is simply gorgeous, incorporating the original Inca and Spanish construction in the building. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating and the rooms themselves were quite nice. I have traveled extensively within the United States a - The hotel exceded my expectations , the staff very helpfull and the installations clean and with an excellent ubication close to everything. Food great!
