  I loved the sustainable approach they took, from the organic and local grown foods to the sustainable approach to management and amenities. The bath towels were unbleached natural cotton and the laundry must use eco friendly soaps because my son didn't get allergic reactions when he slept.   Excellent breakfast. Fem Steuer restaurant served very good quality Easter buffet. Although we booked the cheapest room, we still got a room with nice view over Oslo and the fjord. Metro link to city center stops quite close to hotel (ca. 5 - 10 min walk, depending if you go uphill or downhill).
