Set amongst native trees on the golden sands of Sullivans Beach, just around the corner from Paihia centre, Bay of Islands Beachhouse offers luxurious apartments overlooking the beach and the islands. Each apartment has its own patio and terrace with barbecue facilities and beautiful gardens. All apartments are individually decorated and come with fully equipped kitchens, flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player. Paihia Beachhouse has 2 kayaks and a small boat for your use. You can walk down the private pathway onto Sullivans Beach to catch some fish or have a safe swim. All local activities can be booked including day tours, parasailing, jet skiing, canoeing, fishing and sailing. Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Waitangi Golf Club are only a 5-minute drive from Bay of Islands Beachhouse Apartments.

The owners were wonderful and supportive. The views are amazing and give a such a feeling of peace. We loved the friendless. We liked the access to bird life, the songs when echoing from swimming from the sea is wonderful. If you have to work and communicate anywhere the internet was good. Accommodation spacious and very comfortable and the views absolutely spectacular. Theo was there to meet and greet us on arrival and booked any trips we wanted. He was helpful without being intrusive. Loved staying there.
