Beautiful old house with a lot of character. Nice and comforty room, and
modern bathroom. Free Wifi. Good views. Very pleasant owners, who show
pride in their premises and who are happy to chat with the guests. Due
to early flight we had to leave before hot breakfast served, but was
supplied an ample continental breakfast instead.
The owners, Janet and Alan, couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable with splendid views over the Pacific Ocean. Lovely old building that the current owners have renovated in the original style. Commanding ocean views from the bedrooms. The Emery Room has the better of these. Exceptionally friendly hosts who provided generous suggestions and information on things to see and do in the Dunedin area.

No elevator. All rooms are on the 2nd floor (1st is ground). So if you have heavy luggage, you may want to do a intensive exercise.
