All staff were really helpful as we were travelling by bike and needed some maps etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
Beautiful room and excellent food.

Corner room on 9th floor with large windows offered fantastic 180 degrees view of Rotterdam. Beautifully designed, quiet and spacious. Spa-bath/whirlpool great extra. Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.

The hotel is situated directly on the LF2 long-distance cycling route from Brussels to Amsterdam, just by a ferry crossing (daytime only - otherwise use one of the tunnels). The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city. That was definitely the highlight of my stay! -

Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. -
