  The hotel was perfect. We were very impressed with the staff whoanswered all questions but were also proactive in anticipating ourquestions. Everyone was very friendly and the accommodations werepleasant, clean and more than adequate - Good location right next door to train and bus station a little out of downtown core but an easy walk.   I stayed on the top floor at 9th floor. The view was good to me. I could see the sunrise in the morning and I also easily checked the weather everyday. I like the design of the hotel. It had really good sense. The breakfast was really good. They prepared many things. The staff was kind. The room was clean and be in good shape. I want to stay... o que as pessoas dizem » there again. - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially, a lady from front desk and lobby bar at night time. Also, location was excellent. Closed to central station and football stadium. And, room is really big. I wanted to stay longer. The price were too good for this room. If the price for breakfast was a bit cheaper, I would ate it but I skip that.

  Everything. The room we stayed was lovely, very nicely decorated. They even had a box of toys form my 2 year old son. The owners are very nice people trying to make you feel at home, and it is even better than home... The animals in the garden were great too, my son really enjoyed feeding them. Drinks on arrival; complimentary Nespresso coffee, wine, beer and liqueurs on both days of our stay and Miranda even drove us to the restaurants we had booked for dinner. Rooms and living/breakfast room were fabulous and beautifully decorated for Christmas. 100% recommendation from all four of us!
