  Beds were good, there was plenty of hot water for bathing, etc. Quite spacious. Good selection of tea, coffee, sugar, etc. TV was good with loads of stations including BBC. All appliances that we used worked fine. - Position is fantastic, but they have apartments in many parts of Amsterdam. Rijksmuseum is 200 meters from apartments.

  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Amsterdam and this one is the overall winner. - I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

The Apartment is fully equipped and there was nothing missing.   A localização é perfeita. Junto á um dos canais, numa rua muito linda. (como quase todas do pequeno centro de amsterdam). Muito perto da praça Dam e de pontos de interesse. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, o ambiente é como o de uma casa, O café servido à mesa por um rapaz muito prestativo. Camas confortáveis e banheiro ( o nosso era privativo) co... o que as pessoas dizem » m boas instalações. - A recepção neste hotel foi a melhor de toda a viagem. Bart e Paulo foram muito simpáticos e generosos. Apesar do WC compartilhado a localização em frente a um canal era excelente.

  Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience, me and my wife have been in many places of the world, but this experience was the best by far. The hotel has an excellent location, right on the picturesque Prinsengracht canal surrounded by boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Te owner Martin was fantastic, and very helpful, and made us feel right at home. The rooms, were very spacious, elegant - The location and views from the suite could not be bettered. The suite itself was large,spotless,very comfortable,warm and with excellent ensuite facilities. The manager,Thomas,was incredibly welcoming,helpful and spoke perfect English. He also prepared an excellent breakfast which was eaten overlooking the canal. We would highly recommend and without doubt would return. Thank you Thomas for all your help. Robert and Joyce.
