  We stayed there with a 3 month old baby and were extremely pleased with the apartment: location, tidiness, space + fact that it was on ground floor (easy with a stroller).   We booked the Guest-Houseboat for our 12th anniversary because we wanted to stay somewhere special and it certainly exceeded our expectations! We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.   Was easy to find, but the door is well hidden just before the Indian restaurant, back room very quiet. Owners live upstairs and lower 2 rooms are used as b&b provided croissants, muffins and coffee for breakfast each day. Massive room and a balcony. Shame there wasn't a view! Overall happy for 198 euro for 2 nights.
