Since it is a docked boat it is also very quiet. Don't forget it is a boat cabin what you will get.   We slept on a boat - what else can I say? :) Very friendly staff (father and daughter), they helped us with all our questions. Of course the rooms are a bit small (and so was the bathroom), but this was to be expected on a boat. We really loved that it was so well located, everything is reachable by foot. I would highly recommend it for a special Amsterdam-trip. :) - Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and great value for money. Cheapest room with ensuite in Amsterdam!   Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms, clean and cosy hotel, really not far from railway station. Personal is very friendly, I have only best ratings for their work. - The cleanliness, location & concept. En suite bathroom. Breakfast and the staff. Would definitely come back to Hotelboat Iris.

  We loved the location and the fact that it was a boat! We were in Amsterdam and lived the experience of living in a boat! How cool?! Nemo was right there and you have the best view from the top and its free. The staff was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips and gave us maps. The rooms are really small but its enough, especially because you only go t - Even if the room was small, it was well organised so efficient. I was scared I would feel the boat moving since it was windy but it never happened. The people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

Made life really easy as I could explore and return at anytime without bothering when the tram and the like would close.
