  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Amsterdam and this one is the overall winner. - I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

  A much better alternative to a hotel for a family or a group of friends. This is a really beautiful, modern apartment, spacious, well-designed and very well-appointed. Chris is very friendly and forthcoming with information. A short walk from everything, museums and centre, while in a quiet area of the city. Very highly recommended. - I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent.   A very good alternative to a dull hotelroom. Could make our own food, you relax better in an apartment than a hotel room. Situated in a quiet area, but only 5 min walk to innercity Amsterdam. - Very lovely room, great communication with tjeed. I would stay there again in future.

  Everything, nice couple that was very nice and helpful in anything we asked, the apartment was big and comfy, we had there everything we needed and a big kitchen with everything you can ask for. We had an amazing view to the lake, the apartment looked new and it was also renovated.
