  Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.   We stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms in the Grand Hotel Downtown with a shared roof terrace that offered spectacular views across Amsterdam. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities (often not provided in Hotels in Europe). The Hotel is very conveniently placed for exploring the city. It´s location is perfect for those who don´t want to be in the busiest part of the city. It´s about a 10 minute walk to the very center, and a 25 minute walk to the train station.
