The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without paying anythi
... o que as pessoas dizem » ng. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.

The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out
of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their
luggage area every night, surprised my wife with a birthday

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks.
