The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

The children loved the pools and slides. The food was good, the rooms were nice. If you want to travel to Marrakech for the shopping, and you have children with you this is a great hotel to keep you all happy. there was very little queing for rides. Safe for older children to go
round on their own to leave us to lie by one of many pools. Good variety
of good quality food available all day long. Plentiful drinks including

We recently stayed at Riad Vanilla Sma for a couple of days. It turned out to be the most fantastic experience. We found this Riad totally amazing! Everything from the wonderful host, the amazing staff, great and professional service, beautiful and clean big room, great location (4min walk to Jemaa El Fna, and 1min to the Souk), fantastic breakfast (wide selection) on the terrace which will be served whenever you wake up.
After a hectic day in the Souk it is very delightful to come back to the

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. Excellent and extremely attentive and courteous service. On site director most efficient and showing friendly professionalism at a high level. Design exceptional. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.
