  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... o que as pessoas dizem » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without paying anythi... o que as pessoas dizem » ng. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. We do recommand highly this

  Nice and fairly intimate hotel of very high standard which we picked to escape the city of Marrakech for a few days towards the end of our trip to Morocco. It was a perfect place for relaxation. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean and very spacious (we stayed in the Art Deco room, which is one of the smaller). Facilities are great (incl. a cinema,... o que as pessoas dizem » which we made frequent use of, and a small but good spa), and one of the pools are heated, thankfully. The restaurant is pretty good, both local cous - Tigmiza provided us with the best care from the busy Marrakech. The occasionally tachy interior design were balanced with no kids and we were absolutely perfectly met by the personal and friendly staff. We had a great stay.

  Amazing staff - extremely accommodating. Gave extra late checkout as our flight was at 8pm. Very family friendly - my 1.5 years old son thoroughly enjoyed the staff's accompany. Beautiful location and balcony-rooms - overlooks ice mountains. Very clean hotel - truly 5* - Beautyfull garden, nice room interior. Superior breakfast and lunch.

  Loved the gardens and the friendliness of the staff. It was hard leaving the place from how amazing our stay was.. (Don't miss out on the Sunday brunch) - Nice little boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and child friendly. The value for the price you need to pay is just great.
