My room on 1st floor (6) was airy, clean, bright and nicely-decorated. Good air conditioning, pleasant (if slightly cramped) bathroom and shower.

The staff were always extremely helpful with any questions I had. Most spoke French, Arabic, Spanish and English which makes it easy for international travelers.
The breakfast in the morning is a bit pricey but it's a great way to start your day if you're not in a rush. The patio where you eat is really nice in the mornings if the weather is good.
There's a rooftop terrace with seats where you can read or relax in the sun.

Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my
luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we
took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes,
helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help.
The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights
easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.

Spotlessy clean, comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff.
We were near the front door and asked to be moved to a quieter location. No problem and upgraded us immediately to a suite and moved all of our baggage.
Fine food at a good price, the best food we had in Asillah.

This was the perfect place to stay in our time in chefchaouen. The Riad offers all the peace and tranquility we wanted once we had had our fill of being busy around the city. The rooms were uniquely furnished with colorful textiles, rugs and antiques. Treats were left for guests each day and rose petals scattered about on the bedclothes.
